General Information

Applications are being accepted starting April 1, 2013. The deadline for applications is June 30, 2013. The competition is limited to 15 contestants and applications will be accepted in the order they are received.

Application Information
A photocopy of the student's birth certificate, passport, driver’s license or other age identifying certificate must be included with the application.
Please mail application or email application package including entry form, a musical biography (not to exceed 200 words), a repertoire list including each round of the competition plus timings for every work (please see sample repetroire), proof of age and entry fee by June 30, 2013 to:
